Women in modern world are equal in standards and quality of work with men.They have shown their excellence in every facet of life.However today’s soceity is male dominated one ,where men hold very high positions.Women should no longer be considered an inferior sex.In olden days men were bread winners of the family while the women were care takers .Men were trained and educating women to be inferior and accept their superior position.Today ,its a great shame to confine women to kitchen.Women should be given an equal chance to complete their education and gain a recognition in the society.Women should have participation in the society.Let women free ,allow them to explore their talents else..the future generation wil have a reduced pool of role models.
